I cannot recommend Nathalie and Imogen enough! Our Golden Retriever Maya absolutely adores her walks with Imogen. We get regular updates and photos which she is ALWAYS smiling in. Amazing communication and we even got a bunch of Christmas presents last year which Maya was super happy with and is such a lovely touch! Maya and Imogen also sometimes meets up with Nathalie and other dogs which we really like as she gets to play and we always get tons of funny videos.

Nathalie used to work alongside us at Top Doggy and she was from the start a delight to have on board. It is so clear that she has the dogs' best interests in mind, she is very knowledgeable on dogs and updates that frequently. She leads with love, an example of this was when she looked after an older doggie client, Paco, who was needing to take medication, as well as specific care. She was incredible in how she handled him with care and was sensitive to the owners' needs. We still help each other out, three years later, she is still as professional as always. I would comfortably recommend her to anyone.

Natalie has so much empathy with her dogs and forms such strong bonds. She doesn’t take nonsense from them! My dog has grown up with her and loves going out with her. Natalie has been so flexible during lockdown and is always helpful and kind. I don’t think I could have found anyone better!

Nathalie has been walking our dogs for a few months now and I would highly recommend her. We have two big dogs and they can be a bit of a handful but Nathalie manages them with ease. And most importantly, they absolutely love her! Communication and scheduling with Nathalie is really easy even with my schedule being unpredictable at times. The photo updates at the end of the day are great and we can clearly see how much the pups enjoy being out with her. I definitely recommend booking Nathalie and Pawfect Care if you can!

I could not recommend Nathalie at Pawfect care London enough! She has been looking after our basset Dexter for nearly a year now, since he was 12 weeks old! She is incredibly knowledgeable about puppies and dogs more generally and has been a huge help in reinforcing his training during his visits and walks. We have had some bad experiences with dog sitters where they are unable to cope with our energetic pup but Nathalie is so calm and caring and knows exactly how to adapt and react to Dexter’s moods! It’s also a great bonus that Nathalie sends through photos and updates regularly. We have total confidence in Nathalie and Dexter is always so excited to see her (major tail wagging!).

My eight years old bunny fell ill just before Christmas; a five hours trip was excluded.
He didn’t eat anything on his own and needed Critical care feeding with a syringe several times per day. Nathalie was an absolute star. My bunny was fed, cleaned, cuddled as I would have done and enjoyed the company of doggies and cats. I got him back after a week in better conditions than I left him. I can certainly say that the cares Nathalie gave to my bunny were the ones of a caring, affectionate and loving specialist nurse. Thank you Nathalie!

Nathalie Murphy, from Pawfect care London, has been taking care of my rescue dog, Frida, for several weeks now..It has taken me a long time to find the right person for Frida. As with many rescue dogs, Frida had issues... which, with Nathalie’s invaluable help, we have largely overcome. I am very protective towards my beloved Frida and Nathalie is the only carer in whose care I feel I can leave Frida with complete confidence.

Ernie, as friendly and cuddly he is, usually takes time to make friends with new people. Ernie IMMEDIATELY took to Nathalie, and curled up in her lap on the intro visit. This meant that Nathalie got Ernie's seal of approval! Nathalie is obviously extremely experienced, and her profile really says it all. Nathalie constantly sent us updates and photos, and this is so important when you're away from you buddy! HIGHLY recommend Nathalie.

Nathalie is amazing, she met our two cats a few weeks before we went away for a week and they warmed up to her straight off. She even put up with my nervousness being separated from my babies for the first time, she sent phots and updates so I knew they were alright and kept us posted on food/litter levels at home. All in all she's an utter delight and will love your pets like her own, Nathalie was so good we've already rebooked her for Easter.

Nathalie is super. She's very polite, professional, friendly and clearly loves animals. I met Nathalie a few days after initially contacting her. She came by my house and was great at reassuring me about leaving my kitten with her. My kitten Bosco instantly warmed to Nathalie, as did I. Lovely woman. She sent pictures of Bosco while I was away, again reassuring me. Bosco loved his time with Nathalie I would HIGHLY recommend Nathalie. Cannot speak highly enough of her. Will definitely book her again.

Nathalie is a gem! She took such good care of my cat Mimi. I was concerned before going as my cat was unwell and needed that extra tlc but was quickly assured when Nathalie took care of her. Every day I was updated with pictures and videos and was so pleased to see Mimi purring and chatting away with Nathalie. A very professional and friendly reliable cat sitter!

Nathalie did a great job looking after our two rabbits and it was lovely to get updates and pictures while we were away. I felt we knew what was going on all the time and they certainly seemed very happy and relaxed when we got home! It was also easy to get in touch with Nathalie and she replied quickly to messages.

Nathalie was the best pet sitter I could have asked for! She looked after my rabbit over a long weekend and she sent me photos and videos every day. You can tell that she cares for the pets as if they were her own. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future! Thank you Nathalie :)

Nathalie was great, meeting prior to hand her the keys and introduce her to Coco. Nathalie kept us updated and sent some pictures and videos which was great fun to see. Coco was relaxed when we arrived home and that is all because of Nathalie. Would recommend and look forward to the next time.

Nathalie was really lovely, she popped round to see us and to meet our cat Pushkin before we went on holiday, and while we were away both worked out our (very complicated) catfeeder, and managed to get our (very unfriendly furry friend) to sit on her lap!! She also sent pictures of him which we loved looking at from our hols! Came back to a sleek and happy Pushkin.

We have become returning clients for Nathalie, and have nothing but the best things to say about her. She's fantastic with our cat, and very punctual, trustworthy, considerate, and helpful. Nathalie has been wonderful with our dogs and is obviously a natural with animals. Nathalie also house [sat] for us when we went on holiday and the house was left clean and tidy and our dogs seemed very at ease when we returned. Nathalie has a gentle nature but is very confident handling animals. Our dogs are fairly high maintenance but Natalie was able to control them and made sure that she kept them safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Nathalie to look after your pets.

So happy with Nathalie - she was brilliantly communicative, sent lots of photos and videos of Jasper, and successfully navigated a very complicated alarm system! I completely trusted that Jasp was fully taken care of while we were away. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

She took care of my cat during a sudden business trip, and was punctual, respectful and clearly very comfortable working with animals of all sorts.
